When to contact Exero Claims
Exero Claims supports insurers, reinsurers, corporate risk teams, and legal counsel across the Czech Republic and wider Central Europe. Reach out when you need an independent, licensed investigator to verify a suspicious first-party or third-party claim, confirm whether a claimant's stated condition matches their day-to-day activity, locate witnesses or assets, document a loss scene before evidence degrades, or support pending litigation with admissible field evidence. We also accept enquiries from law firms preparing expert-witness testimony, HR departments managing internal misconduct or workers' compensation matters, and brokers screening high-value policies before binding cover.
What to expect after you write to us
Every enquiry is handled personally by a senior investigator — never a call-centre or junior triage agent. Within one Czech business day you will receive a written reply outlining feasibility, an estimated timeline, the lawful evidence-gathering methods we plan to use, and a transparent fixed-fee or hourly quote. If the matter is urgent or sub judice, we can usually deploy a field team within 24–48 hours anywhere in Czechia and within five business days across the Schengen area. All communication is treated as privileged: we work under strict GDPR and Czech Act No. 101/2000 controls, retain only the minimum data needed for the assignment, and destroy or return case files at conclusion in line with your retention policy.
Helpful details to include
- Claim or file reference and the type of cover involved (motor, liability, life, disability, property, workers' compensation, business interruption).
- Date and location of the alleged loss, plus the current procedural stage (FNOL, reserve review, litigation, subrogation).
- The specific question you need answered — for example, activity verification, witness location, surveillance, scene reconstruction, or background due diligence.
- Any deadlines imposed by court orders, regulators, or internal SLAs, and your preferred language for the final report (Czech, English, or both).
